Mid Town

Midtown is comprised of East and West sections. Larger lots and mid-century modern style homes as well as condominiums may be found in these areas. Midtown East is centrally located and close to the White Street Pier, Higgs Beach, and several galleries. Homes here were built in the 1940s and 1950s have stood the test of time. Midtown West is a short fifteen-minute bike ride to Duval Street. Midtown West is home to newer condominiums as well as properties near the water due to its proximity to Smathers Beach. Both areas are popular with first-time home buyers and those looking for water views.
