New Town

As you may glean from its name, a combination of newer to older homes may be found in the New Town area. Residents enjoy the Florida lifestyle without the hustle and bustle of Old Town. Located just south of Key Haven, New Town is one of the first neighborhoods you come to as you enter Key West. This relaxed area is still close to beaches and shopping and is attractive to those who live and work on the island.
