Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Callie Harris has called the beautiful Florida Keys home since 2005. Her passion for protecting the fragile keys ecosystem started immediately with college summer internships at The Turtle Hospital, Reef Relief, and MOTE. She obtained her USCG 100 Ton Captain’s License by age 22. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s of Wildlife in 2008, Callie has taught k-8 marine science for the last fifteen years locally. She and her husband are longtime residents of Big Coppitt Key. Her husband, Andy, works as a firefighter/paramedic with the City of Key West and is a local boat captain with over 25 years of experience. During their time off together, they enjoy taking their twin daughters and dogs out on the boat to enjoy the backcountry sandbars and mangrove islands.
Having started her career in real estate in 2021, Callie has grossed over $32 million dollars in sales’ volume in less than three years. Previous clients have described Callie as very professional, personable, and was always there to help them during and after the sale. She went above and beyond what they would've expected from a realtor. She made what would've been a very stressful experience into a worry-free and exciting endeavor.

Jennifer Potter was born and raised on the sun soaked island of Key West. A fifth- generation conch by birth, Potter was raised in the Meadows in a conch house built by her late grandfather Roy. She spent her childhood running amok on the docks of Charter Boat Row where her parents, JP & Cha-Cha operated a fishing business. When she and her sister, Jessica, weren’t busy choreographing dance routines or selling their creations to tourists and locals alike, she could be found coming up with the next best million dollar idea. Known for her years on the red carpet styling hip-hop artists, her international jewelry brand, and her latest published venture, Color Me Key West.
Potter has traveled the world having lived in London and New York City, creating art through her writing, jewelry and styling, only to return to her beloved hometown where her roots run deep. She loves seeing the familiar faces from her childhood and is constantly inspired and reminded of the sense of community the island provides.
